The idea of an app to show crews their goals, performance pay became a reality!
Per4mance.io was first used internally at VESTA Foundation Solutions that Will and his wife Sydney own and their crews LOVED the transparency of Per4mance. It gave their production crews goals, transparency and the data to know what they're making!
