How do I reset an employee's password?
We're human. We forget things. And passwords are so EASY to forget...
1. You'll need to make sure you're on admin.per4mance.io.
2. Click on "USERS" found on the top of your screen. (If on a mobile device, this will be in a dropdown menu represented by three horizontal lines.)
3. Click "Edit" on the employee you want to change the password for.
4. Select ‘Reset Password’ under the image icon of your employee.

5. Input the new password, then once again to confirm, and select ‘Reset Password’

Tip: Nothing will alert your employee that their password has changed, so make sure you share what it was changed to with them.
