Enhanced User Deletion and Restoring
We’ve introduced a new soft delete feature for user accounts, allowing administrators to remove users while preserving their associated hours and job records. This ensures historical data remains intact, even if a user is no longer active. Additionally, deleted users can now be restored if needed, providing greater flexibility in user management.
New Feature Details

Preserved Data: When a user is deleted, their hours, jobs, and other related records are retained in the system.

Restoration Capability: Administrators can restore a deleted user at any time, reinstating their access and associated data.

Immediate Access Revocation: Upon deletion, the user’s access to per4mance.io is immediately disabled.

Stale User Cleanup: This feature enables admins to maintain a cleaner user list by removing inactive accounts without losing historical data.
Important Note:
Users deleted before this update can not be restored this feature is live as of June 5th, 2025.
