Release Notes July 28th, 2025

You asked, and we listened, introducing a major update designed to bring unmatched clarity and trust to your payroll experience. Foreman timecards have been completely revamped to provide full transparency into pay, performance bonuses, and collected earnings, ensuring what you see on timecards matches payroll exports 100% of the time. No more guesswork, just accurate, easy-to-understand breakdowns of on-job hours, bonuses, and effective hourly rates.

Plus, we’ve fixed critical issues like bonus split edits for foremen and automated job classifications, so your team spends less time troubleshooting and more time earning. This is pay transparency, perfected.

🚀 New Improvements and Fixes

Enhanced Timecard Clarity & Bonus Transparency

Issue Resolved: Foremen timecards now accurately reflect collected bonuses within the same pay period, aligning with payroll CSV data. This eliminates discrepancies and builds trust in performance pay calculations.

Impact by Role:

  • Foremen: Clear visibility into bonus origins, effective hourly rates, and breakdowns of on-job hours vs. performance pay.

  • Admins: Increased alignment between payroll CSV and timecard PDFs to eliminate confusion.

  • Foreman & Admin Users: Updated PDF timecard design (see attached) highlights:

    • Earnings breakdown on-job hours, bonuses, non-revenue hours.

    • Performance pay table shows collected bonuses for the current week—automatically reflected in the adjusted hourly wage.

    • Bonus Collected tables shows performance pay bonuses & collected bonuses that fall outside of pay period

    • Bonus Sharing Visibility View the bonus split for each foreman and crew member on every job—delivering even greater transparency and alignment with company policies
    • Job details with labor-used progress tracking (mirroring admin views).

    • Page breaks each employee’s time and pay details are separated by a page break, making it easier to scan and find information quickly.

2. Salesforce Integration - Fixed Foreman Bonus Split Editing

Issue Resolved: Foremen can now update bonus split percentages without errors, matching admin capabilities.

Impact by Role:

  • Foremen: Empowered to adjust team bonus allocations on the fly.

  • Admins: Fewer manual overrides required, reducing workflow bottlenecks.

3. Salesforce Integration - Accurate Job Classification

Issue Resolved: Jobs imported from Salesforce/i360 now retain correct classifications, ensuring bonus potential is visible upfront.

Impact by Role:

  • Foremen: No more "negative bonus" surprises; classifications auto-populate as expected.

  • Admins: Reduced manual corrections for misclassified jobs.

4. Salesforce Integration - Persistent Job Classification Edits

Issue Resolved: Classifications no longer revert after edits, staying consistent with imported data.

Impact by Role:

  • Admins/Foremen: Edits to classifications now "stick," improving data reliability.

🔧 Technical Backend Improvements

  • Unified Classification Object: Classifications are now tied to the tenant organization (not individual admin accounts), ensuring consistency across integrations (e.g., Salesforce/i360).

  • Timecard Logic Sync: Bonuses follow the same rules as payroll CSVs, enhancing transparency.
